through another looking glass

The awe-inspiring effect the shadow of that tree has on you as you swim towards that end of the pool is pretty much lost in these (mobile) pictures, taken through a heavily finger-printed and thick glass wall.
From the water it is beautiful and soothing and there's a big chance yesterday was one of the last sunny (enough) afternoons of the season when one could still enjoy and appreciate the light, the blue water, the tree and even the lamp post. Everything was very illuminated.

  8. gracias but really, it is a shame you cannot appreciate the shadow of that tree in all its glory every time a sun beam gets through that milky glass wall...

esti, whichever you feel like, a mí me parecen todos los idiomas bien :)
MODgal, not sure, the smaller the better these ones. really, lots of finger prints but I see what you mean. effect on wall. could be cool.
cabrizette, in this particular pool they use less chlorine and they mix it with an environmentally-friendly saline solution, which makes you stink a bit less and is also kinder to the eyes ;)

I'd like to swim there, especially after your sensitive explanation of the effect of the tree and reflections.
