a different corner

Not a different corner of the world as such (unlike our cheating travelling cv hostess), just a different view on the same city.
Basically, we haven't been able to see much of it the last few weeks. Fog, fogitty, fog fog.
Excuse the wonkiness of those last two batches. Just an illustration of the with/without fog effect.

where is all that fog coming from? i never expected amsterdam to be so effin' foggy, you know? it may create a certain atmosphere, but goodness, a clear view is something else.. nice to stroll through the city though.
i also love your previous post, ninja!

  11. Beautiful . . . fog may get in the way of our practical day-to-day activities - but there's something appealing about it nevertheless. I think I'm just a hopeless romantic. Too much time spent reading Wuthering Heights during my teens!!

  13. I grew up in Milan, where the fog can get very thick. I remember one romantic walk with a teen boyfriend in autumn fog that ended the ethereal romance when he walked right into a lamppost.

  18. Great pics of dusky and mysterious world. A bit of foggy wather is great but maybe not for several weeks. Is that your class room? It looks wonderful with those large windows. You should see mine. It's depressing.

  19. Hi ninjita, I was updating myself on your blog since I have been a bit busy and not able to read and contemplate as it has to be done. Anyway, I have been laughing myself here with the sentence Fog, fogitty, fog fog. I've remembered how my aunt used to say fog in english when she moved there, long, long time ago. She's from Andalucia and she speacks bad in spanish and her english is worse too, so when she meant fog she used to say fuck.. and I was just cracking up, thinking on that. Nice pics as always. thanks! big kiss from not foggy, but coldie barcelona

play bazaar satta king In addition to being risky, this means investing in companies they have not researched, which you probably do not have the time to do every day.
